Dale Medical Practice is a Training Practice. Whenever a GP registrar will be observing in the doctor's consultation, patients will always be asked if they have any objection to this, and if so will be able to see the GP on their own.

Vicky provides support together with the IT and Project Manager to the Practice Manager and GP Partners in the management and operational running of the practice and is responsible for the supervision and management of the reception and administrative team.

Emma provides support together with the Reception and Admin Manager to the Practice Manager and GP Partners in the management and operational running of the practice. Emma oversees the day to day operational running of the practice to ensure that patient services are delivered to a high standard.
Secretary
Linda Ball
Provide administrative support for the Practice, processing hospital referrals, private letters, insurance reports, etc. They will help with any questions relating to these matters.
Reception and Administrative Staff
Our receptionists are trained to help and advise you.
If you request a home visit, they may ask you for a few details about the nature of your ailment to assist the doctor.
When booking nurse appointments they may also ask what your appointment is for. This is simply to ensure that the correct nurse and length of appointment is booked.
All reception and administrative staff are bound by our strict rules of confidentiality.
