Dale Medical Practice is a Training Practice. Whenever a GP registrar will be observing in the doctor's consultation, patients will always be asked if they have any objection to this, and if so will be able to see the GP on their own.

Our Practice Nursing Sisters provide a wide range of health services by appointment.
Community staff include Midwives, Health Visitors and Counsellors. Details about the service available can be found here.
Sue has responsibility for the day to day management of the Practice and will be happy to deal with any queries or comments you may have concerning the Practice.

Provide administrative support for the Practice, processing hospital referrals, private letters, insurance reports, etc. They will help with any questions relating to these matters.
Responsible for supervising and maintaining the smooth running of the reception area.
Our receptionists are trained to help and advise you.
If you request a home visit, they may ask you for a few details about the nature of your ailment to assist the doctor.
When booking nurse appointments they may also ask what your appointment is for. This is simply to ensure that the correct nurse and length of appointment is booked.
All reception and administrative staff are bound by our strict rules of confidentiality.
