your blood pressure, or just need a helpful nudge now and then, Flo is here to help anytime,
anywhere.

Does It Cost Anything?
No, it’s completely free in the UK. - You won’t be charged for texts from or to Flo, even if you’re using a pay-as-you-go phone
with no credit. - Flo’s number (64711) is free to text.
- Some networks may send a warning saying you “might be charged” please ignore this,
as Flo’s messages are free in the UK. - If you’re abroad, standard roaming charges may apply.
Going on Holiday?
No problem! Just text MUTE to Flo, and she’ll pause your messages until you’re back. When
you’re ready to start again, you just need to send Flo a message.
Want to Stop Using Flo?
If you decide Flo’s not right for you, simply text STOP. You won’t get any more messages, and
your healthcare team will be informed.
We do recommend speaking to your healthcare team before stopping Flo, just to make sure
