Dale Medical Practice is a Training Practice. Whenever a GP registrar will be observing in the doctor’s consultation, patients will always be asked if they have any objection to this, and if so, will be able to see the GP on their own.

Nicola ElwellProvides support together with the Information Technology (IT) and Project Manager to the Practice Manager and GP Partners in the management and operational running of the practice and is responsible for the supervision and management of the reception and administrative team.
Admin and Reception Manager
Emma SmallProvides support together with the Reception and Admin Manager to the Practice Manager and GP Partners in the management and operational running of the practice.
IT and Project Manager
Emma oversees the day-to-day operational running of the practice to ensure that patient services are delivered to a high standard.
Secretarial, Administration and Reception team
Provide administrative support for the Practice, processing hospital referrals, private letters, insurance reports, etc. They will help with any questions relating to these matters.
Provide administrative support for the Practice, booking appointments for long term condition patients, processing documents and results in accordance with the clinicians instructions. Chasing up patients for Immunisation and smear appointments. Pulling reports and contacting patients regarding booking appointments for regular blood test, check ups.
Reception and Care Navigators
Our Care Navigators are trained to help and advise you.
If you request a home visit, they may ask you for a few details about the nature of your ailment to assist the doctor.
When booking nurse appointments they may also ask what your appointment is for. This is simply to ensure that the correct nurse and length of appointment is booked.
